I am very disappointed Gavin was sssooo rude to steal this idea from Matt Gonzalez who at the time was POBOS (President of the Board of Supervisors) tried to make this idea a reality and was blocked at every corner by the bearucrats and Newsom too! If the study didn't need another study, if the test didn't need JUST ONE MORE TEST...really Newsom waited Matt out on this one and is now claiming the "au jus" if I may so borrow form Doogie Howsah. GAVIN YOU ARE WRONG AND YOU NEED TO OWN UP ON THIS ONE AND GIVE SOME CREDIT JUST A LITTLE TO MATT...PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!
