24 Hour Nerdy People
First off, if you're one of crowd that heads to Austin each year for South by Southwest ("South by So What to the locals, apparently), the polls are still open to vote for what panels you'd like to see at the Interactive portion. So vote now, and we hope to see you there next spring.
Tuesday: Tough call. There's our (slightly) older sister Metblogs drinking beer at the Toronado, or old-timey tech from the 1915 San Francisco Pan Pacific Exhibition. Hopefully we can squeeze in both.
Wednesday: Friend of SFist Niall Kennedy is hosting another one of his SF Tech Sessions, with a "Media distribution" theme this month. GUBA will be there, and we want to pick their brain about wooing the Hollywood crowd.
Friday: You don't even need to leave your house to attend BarCamp Earth, commemorating the first ever BarCamp. One year old and they've already been to India, Amsterdam and many, many points in between. We can say we were there when.
Saturday: Um, Women 2.0 Pool Party & BBQ. It's only five bucks, but dude, they totally had us at 'Women.'
