SFist Blotter

shakedown.jpgYou know who doesn't want to Spare The Air anymore? BART. Disturbed by the uptick in crime as a result of the all-day free rides (on that last Friday of Sparing The Air, the BART police went on twice as many calls as usual), the BART police chief has proposed that they go back to just making BART free during commute hours on extra hot and smoggy days. Matier and Ross had some lurid crimes to report, including a girlfight at the Berkeley stop, and two San Francisco kids who took the BART out to Pleasanton to try breaking into cars in the parking lot.

An 19-year-old Oakland woman is under arrest after brutally killing her 6-week-old labrador retriever. As she was walking the puppy, she apparently became angry at it, kicked it hard enough to flip over several times, and then repeatedly smashed its head into the pavement, which killed it. She's been charged with felony animal cruelty; the Oakland shelter director pointed out that you shouldn't even have a puppy that age out on a leash anyways. Lock that lady up and throw away the key!

And in our medium high-profile criminal trial roundup: Maureen Faibish (pit bull killed her son) cried during closing arguments; the Scott Dyleski (killer goth) murder trial started; Greg Anderson (Barry Bonds' buddy) is probably going to get thrown in jail for a third time.

Lock her up and throw away the key?

No.

I say, let's give her a few hard kicks to the face and stomach, pick her up, and drop her on her head several times so that she knows how it feels.

If she dies, she dies.

And maybe that's not such a bad thing.

BTW, I've written the Alameda County DA to ask for the maximum amount of punishment the law will allow on our little savage, barbaric, Bernadette Hutcherson.

jail is too good for that woman. I agree with the poster above. Kick her hard enough to flip her over and then smash her head on the sidewalk until she's done. This woman is a serial killer in the making and I hope she gets "prison justice" with the business end of a plunger handle.

I could not agree more with the two posters above me. This story has left me incredibly sickened. What a lousy hell bitch. I just...don't even know what to say. I'd like to be her judge, jury, and executioner.
