Saturday: The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition's Tour de Fat runs from 11-5 today at Speedway Meadow in Golden Gate Park. The event is described as "Two parts bike rodeo and one part circus", and is free, free free.
Sunday: It's Amos Gitai day at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival. Unfortunately, we can't give you any links, because the SFJFF site is in frames. We hate that! His film, House is screening at 1:30, his News From Home/News From House screens at 4:30, and Natalie Portman stars in his Free Zone, at 7:15. All shows are at the Castro.
Monday: The Wild Parrots of Telegraph Hill is playing at Pier 39's Theatre 39, Mondays and Tuesdays at 2 pm, through the end of August. Yes, Pier 39, the home of Bubba Gump's, Hooters, and mini-doughnuts (yum). If you didn't get a chance to see this great local documentary when it last played here, brave the tourists and come down to Pier 39 to see it on the big screen. You can buy tickets here.
Tuesday: No clue! How about you? Let us know in the comments!
