I think the Pink Martini concert is a great idea. It's the first time they'll be performing in SF in years, so the audience will be really excited. And they're performing with the SF Symphony, which will make for a romantic and fun night (as you intend). Personally, I've been waiting a long time for this.

Refresh is my favorite day spa. Lots of treatments to choose from, relaxing facilities, and great products in the spa for that post massage reminder days and weeks later. Get there at least 1/2 hour before treatment to enjoy the sauna and steam rooms. Lime on Market could be a lively place to celebrate later-fancy drinks, good food, etc.
