<description>&lt;p&gt;I was just reading about those water turbine things (on the Popular Science site maybe?), and they sound pretty cool.  They&apos;re low profile, unlike wind turbines, and since the tides never stop, they never stop producing energy.  I thought to myself, hey, I live near the ocean, why don&apos;t we get ourselves some of those?  Way to go Gav.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
