Stuff To Do If You're Bored
Saturday: We're rarely starstruck, but the prospect of Meeting the Mythbusters at 1p.m. today makes us a little fluttery. Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman will be there to "help young minds explore science through hands-on activities. The only way this could be better if is they brought along our secret boyfriend, Mythbusters electronics and radio-control specialist Grant Imahara. Maybe next time, guys?
Sunday: We'll be at mass, praying for all the godless homosexuals who just don't understand the eternal hellfire that awaits them if they don't mend their wicked, wicked ways. NOT. (Is it too soon to bring "NOT" back? Hmmm. Maybe.) It's Pride, which means all sorts of awesomeness. Last year we spent Pride Sunday recovering from an especially potent Dyke March hash brownie, so we've got two years of fag haggery stored up and fixin' to pop. Look out!
Monday: Head to the Lumiere for Lady Vengance. The third in a trilogy that began with SFist fave Oldboy, Lady Vengance is like a particularly punishing yoga session -- grueling and intense during, but afterwards you feel catharically drained and elevated. After the crazy s**t we hope you did on Sunday, we think you'll need this.
Tuesday: Hell, we're all out. What are you doing? Let us know in the comments!
