Frameline 30: SFist Has You Covered
That's right, we're heading straight from the final night of Another Hole In The Head to tonight's opening of Frameline 30, the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. So many awesome film fests this summer, and we love them all!
It all starts with tonight's 7:30 screening of Puccini for Beginners at the Castro (where else?), followed by the 30th Anniversary Opening Night Gala at the San Francisco Design Center.
We're not just showing up for the booze and snacks -- we'll also be seeing films the entire run of the festival, so even if you can't make it to the Fest, you can get the scoop here. Oh, that's excepting the much-anticipated screening of Strangers With Candy, which is so booked even we can't get in to see it. In the words of SFist Matt "I can't believe they're only doing one screening. All of San Francisco must want to see it." Matt, we can't agree with you more. Add another screening, Frameline! Throw us a freakin' bone!

Well, to be fair, "Strangers" is opening next month, at the Bridge I believe, so it's not like it will be impossible to see.
And are you being literal about not being able to get tix, Eve? If so, I think I can hook you up with a pass.
