Wednesdays, The New Wednesdays
Please make sure that all seats and Wednesdays are in the upright and locked position. Today: This looks awesome. They're organizing a sing-in on the steps of City Hall at noon for a living wage. Pay me my money down!
Thursday: Intersection for the Arts celebrates 10 years of working with playwright Octavio Solis through their Campo Santo theater company at a special event. We can't really tell from this writeup, but it looks like maybe they'll be presenting parts of the plays he's written for Intersection, along with excerpts from his new work? 7:30, $9-20 sliding scale, 446 Valencia (between 15th and 16th).
and Friday: Contemporary string quartet Del Sol presents new music from Canada in the Green Room of the War Memorial ($20, 8 p.m.).
