Balls to the Wall
Tonight is Playoff Time for the Warriors, or at least the only exciting thing to happen to the Warriors during playoff time-- the NBA Draft Lottery. This will be the eleventh consecutive year the Warriors will be part of the NBA's reality show, which means that, yes, now that the Clippers are a playoff team (or were) and look like they'll be a playoff team for years to come, the Warriors are the new Clippers. Yay, team!
Unfortunately, the Warriors don't have much of a chance to do well tonight, as they were only the eighth worst team in the NBA. They have only a 2.2 percent chance of getting the first pick and a 7.85 percent chance of getting in the top three. This hasn't stopped people from already putting up fake draft boards and, Jesus people, get a life. In Warriors-fans-Land, they're thinking that there are only six players in the draft who could be impact players, none of whom are J.J. Reddick. You can pretty much guess who it is who is first on the Warriors list of people to tryout. Says Golden State of Mind: "Is anyone else in Warriors Nation worried about a 'deadly' combo of JJ Reddick, Mike Dunleavy Jr., and Troy Murphy? The whole Western conference would be scared senseless to go up against those 'Big 3' (sarcasm)."
Show starts at 4:30 PM.
