The police found her at around 3 p.m. on Sunday, sleeping in the SF Transbay terminal and in good health. There's more background on her here.

Susan Polk's rambling cross-examination of her son Gabriel will come to an end today, whether she's done or not, ruled Judge Brady in the Contra Costa court. Polk, who is representing herself on charges that she murdered her husband, has been cross-examining her son for two weeks now, asking questions about his childhood pets and fights he'd gotten into in grade school. Polk has three sons, two of whom are testifying against her and one of whom is testifying for her. The one who's testifying for her, Eli, was recently arrested for violating a protective order against an ex-girlfriend and now is in jail.
