SXSW Keeps On Keeping On

Over the last few days we've gotten phone calls from SFists Krissy and Jackson from SXSW, and both times they sounded like they were calling from the world's best party. To add insult to injury, both times we were sitting at a desk, working. While our SFists carouse and make calls, Austinist blogs away. Let's see what they've come up with in the last day or so.

In music: Austinist got a hot tip that Morrissey is out and about. Mutaytor is playing two sets this Friday, "come creatively!" (hee)

In film: Hotly anticipated A Scanner Darkly is screening today at 4, we're dyingf to hear what they thought of it. Austinist Tom liked Friends With Money, maybe we will watch that screener after all! Austinist Beth offers her analysis of Manhattan, Texas.
