SFist Watches: TV Tonight

Hollywood is busy getting botoxed and tuxedoed in preparation for the Oscars this Sunday, and the host isn't the only thing that's changing this time around. In the past, viewers on the east coast could prep themselves beforehand with a viewing of "The Barbara Walters Oscar Special." Those on the west coast had to wait until the end of the ceremonies to catch it. But this time, Barbara's foregoing Oscar night altogether, instead bringing the special to us this evening at 10 p.m. on ABC, (right after a new episode of "Lost").
Her guests will be Oscar nominee George Clooney (did you know this will be Clooney's first appearance at the Oscars? He's never attended in the past because he didn't think he belonged there until he had at least been nominated); "Sexiest Man" Matthew McConaughey; McDreamey Parick Dempsey; and Perfectly Sane Mariah Carey.
Here are some questions we hope Barbara asks:
"Mariah, why are you crying? I haven't even asked you a question yet....There. Better? OK... So, Mariah. Why you so crazy?"
"Matthew, seriously. What was up with that whole naked bongos thing?"
"Patrick, aside from being really hot on 'Grey's Anatomy,' you're really not that interesting. Well, except for the fact that for years I got you confused with Dermot Mulroney. How's he doing?"
"George, if you could be any kind of tree living outside SFist Rain's bedroom window, what kind of tree would you be?"
