This is really good to know - thanks for posting a follow up. I was just having a conversation with Jason this morning about how we all have a responsibility to follow up on our complaints when they are resolved. We often use this Internet thing to gripe, but very few follow up and say "oh, that problem got fixed." Very few except for you -- you are super conscientious about letting us know when something gets fixed. Thanks.
