We were surprised when someone sent us Ian McEwan's Saturday, especially since we'd already read it in our book group and had dissected it into oblivion. Given the endless discussions we'd already had on the book, we didn't really feel like writing about it, so there it sat on our desk until today.
Saturday has been met with acclaim by a zillion reviewers more reputable than we are, so we'll just tell you that it's a really good book that we recall enjoying very much. You can learn more about it here.
