Jenguin has found the finished commercial that features all the superballs released on a San Francisco street a couple months ago. Adam Metz worries about the effect Amoeba Music is having on local mom and pop shops, including Open Mind Music. And Jeff Veen wanted to buy shirts at Banana Republic online, but Safari users aren't welcome.

Some people love the iPod -- it plays music, now video and will even display maps. But the only thing that doesn't scratch the Nano are apparently blue jeans and black turtlenecks, so some folks have decided to sue. Others release their frustrations over the hype the old-fashioned way -- violent destruction in a public place.
