We Love Movable Type!

Hey, everyone loves a good tool (unless you're from New England, in which case no one loves tools), and if you want to be a blogger, one of the best tools is Movable Type. Folks build blogs with it, folks use it as a simple content management system -- heck, folks even use it as a software design platform. Well, Movable Type is four years old now, and at version 3.2 is looking better than ever.
We started out with a Blogger blog because, well, that was the only tool we knew about at the time. Making the jump to SFist, we discovered how much better a blog could be if it had a better backend, and Movable Type is the Beyonce Knowles of backends. In the last year the pace of development has really picked up, too, and the folks at Six Apart are always there to take suggestions on how to improve the software. It was only last week that we dropped by the offices and Jay Allen showed us a cool new feature in development.
So here's to you, Movable Type! May the revenue keep streaming and may your team of awesomeness never have to sit in anything but Herman Miller while grokking code. SFist couldn't have done it without you.
