Well, Apple is rumored to be anouncing the iPod phone by Motorola at the Moscone Center on the 7th. 100 songs, service through Cingular are the rumored deets. In the meantime, the music business, not happy with the $350 million they've pocketed from the iTunes store since 2003, want a tiered pricing scheme, with new releases bumped to $1.49 -- which would be a great way to send people back to filesharing for the latest.

A few Flickr members have promised to cancel their memberships if Flickr phases out their current logins and requires them to login through Yahoo. Via MetaFilter, where the debate rages on. On a lighter note, catch Yahoo CEO Terry Semel's daughter Courtenay acting like a spoiled brat on "Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive." Check your local listings!

Briefly: Stephanie Klein spoof blog Tale of Two Sisters has moved from Blogger to Typepad after getting a C&D from Ms. Klein, who may be a plagiarist herself; Peter Merholtz continues pondering Web 2.0; Craig "Not Greedy" Newmark is putting together a bootcamp for non-profits; and SFist would like to thank the hard working folks at Six Apart for Movable Type 3.2. We're positively giddy trying out all the new anti-spam features, and love the updated look. Let us know if you encounter any problems now that we've upgraded!
