The Orbit Room bartendress known as Albertina is one of my most favorite bartenders *ever*. She makes her own infused liquid sugars to bring to her job - which I'm pretty sure she loves - to make her own special cocktails. She's pretty much an alchemist. One of my favorites of hers' is an apple chunks + ginger + mystery sugar + buncha booze drink. It tastes like alcoholic apple pie.
