Drop The Fajita

fajitas.jpg
This just in -- a Sacramento jury has found Alex Fagan Jr. not guilty in the Fajitagate trial. The jury found him innocent of two felony assault charges and hung on the misdemeanor assaults. A San Francisco jury has already found the other cops involved innocent as well.

You may recall this case as the one that got the SFPD in all that trouble when it turned out that the other cops might have conspired to cover up Fagan Jr.'s possible involvement to keep his father (not only known as Alex Fagan Sr. but also as the chief of police) happy. Meanwhile, those of you getting a little Mexican food on Union Street better step lively.

Business as usual at the SFPD.
