Yeah, for a guy who had worked at Microsoft, you'd think he'd be familiar with a non-disclosure aggreement. I had to sign one when I was doing testing at Microsoft when I was fourteen.

This guy blogged about confidential information including corporate earnings and their intention to push hard into the Asian market, before that information was public. Google had no choice but to take action, or risk action by the SEC. He sounded like loose canon.
