That's what Macworld Expo gets for getting in bed with Microsoft, we guess. According to Web Host Industry Review Magazine, in the battle of overloaded servers yesterday, Apple won. The Apple site, which runs on OS X Server, suffered some slowdown in the hours following Apple CEO Steve Jobs's keynote, but the Macworld Expo site, running on Windows Server 2003, basically just choked, becoming unavailable for several hours. As Steve Jobs once told a room full of BMUG members (if we recall correctly), "Ours isn't micro, and ours isn't soft."
